Colin is an experienced People professional with a BA in Business Administration and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

He brings over 15 years of expertise in Learning and Development across both corporate and humanitarian sectors. For the past decade, Colin has led the Learning and Development team at ShelterBox, equipping staff and volunteers to respond safely and effectively to rapid-onset and protracted crises worldwide. His work includes developing collaborative capacity-sharing programmes with local organisations and supporting communities in Latin America, Asia, and Europe following major crises. Colin’s commitment to compassion, self-care, and the wellbeing of humanitarians drives his passion for joining The Pandora Project’s Board of Trustees to help advance this vital mission.
